The Challenge
The Everett Police Department's Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) is located just 3 miles outside of Boston and is a busy Communications Center, handling numerous calls throughout the day. The challenge was providing Continuing Education opportunities that fit into the busy schedules of dispatchers while ensuring they received high-quality training. Traditional in-person classes often conflicted with shift schedules and personal commitments, making it difficult for dispatchers to stay up-to-date with their education requirements.
